If US housing starts for May 2026 is above 1.375M, then the market resolves to Yes. The value is the "Housing Starts" figure reported in the U.S. Census Bureau’s New Residential Construction release for May 2026 (as displayed on Trading Economics). If the May 2026 release is delayed or rescheduled, the market will resolve based on the first official publication of the May 2026 Housing Starts value.
