Fed rate cut before 2027 stays a long shot at 6% Kalshi 6%
    • The Kalshi prediction market prices only a 6% chance the Federal Reserve cuts interest rates before 2027.
    • The Beige Book's stagflationary signal -- slowing growth plus persistent price pressures -- is consistent with the near-zero cut probability; the market is not pricing relief.
    • The companion Kalshi contract on November CPI (ladder CM-EVT-T57DHL6V48) implies a monthly CPI change of roughly 0.1-0.2%, suggesting modest but positive price pressures continue.
    • Resolves via Federal Reserve policy announcements through end-2026; any surprise dovish pivot would be a sharp repricing from current 6%.
  • 2026-10-14T00:00:00.000Z momentum-repricing
Fed rate cut before 2027 stays a long shot at 3 percent Kalshi 3%
    • Kalshi prices a Fed rate cut before 2027 at just 3%, a near-certain rejection of any near-term easing.
    • The Beige Book's stagflationary tone, slow hiring plus rising prices, is fully consistent with this pricing; no easing expected.
    • Resolves via Federal Reserve official rate decision; any cut before December 31, 2026 would be a historic policy reversal.
    • The Kalshi ladder on the federal funds upper bound (CM-EVT-MR57HVWJT3) implies a peak around 4.0-4.25%, reinforcing the hold-or-hike bias.

Fed rate cut before 2027 consensus wavers at low conviction Kalshi 22%
    • Kalshi prediction market prices only 22% on the Federal Reserve cutting its benchmark rate before 2027.
    • June jobs forecasts calling for solid hiring are consistent with the low cut probability, strong employment data reduces urgency for easing.
    • A separate Kalshi contract puts just 7% on any cut exceeding 25 basis points in a single meeting, reinforcing the market's cautious-hold posture.
    • Resolves via Federal Reserve official policy decision; any cut of any size before January 1, 2027 would trigger resolution as YES.
  • 2026-06-27T18:05:00.000Z momentum-repricing
Fed cut before 2027 consensus fractures at low probability Kalshi 24%
    • Kalshi prices a Fed cut before 2027 at 24%, a low-conviction read despite the full calendar year remaining.
    • Removal of the dovish inflation phrase signals tighter guidance from the Fed, and the market is largely consistent -- not pricing aggressive cuts.
    • Companion Kalshi contract on a cut larger than 25 basis points in a single meeting sits at just 7%, reinforcing shallow-cut-only expectations.
    • Resolves via Federal Reserve official announcement; any inter-meeting cut would also qualify, though historically rare.
  • 2026-06-22T14:58:21.632Z momentum-repricing
Fed cut before 2027 consensus fractures under hawkish drift Kalshi 28%
    • Kalshi prices the Federal Reserve cutting its benchmark rate before 2027 at only 28%.
    • Warsh's reduced forward-guidance posture, highlighted across multiple outlets, is consistent with a market that assigns less than one-in-three odds to any cut this year.
    • PCE inflation data due this week is the next hard catalyst; a hot print would apply further downward pressure on cut odds already near historic lows.
    • Resolves via Federal Reserve official rate decision; any intra-meeting or emergency cut would also satisfy the contract.
