If Donald Trump has sent at least 2 nominations to the U.S. Senate from Jul 19, 2026 through Jul 25, 2026 (as checked on the “Presidential Actions” page at whitehouse.gov at 10:00 AM ET on Jul 26, 2026), then the market resolves to Yes.
The market solely resolves to the publication dates visibly displayed on the "Presidential Actions" tab at whitehouse.gov at 10:00 AM ET on Jul 26, 2026. The week runs from Jul 19, 2026 through Jul 25, 2026. If a person receives multiple qualifying nominations within the period, they will each count separately. For example, Trump's March 4 nomination of Kevin Warsh is considered two nominations.
